2. Products

We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display product colours and packaging accurately, however we cannot guarantee that your device screen will reflect exact colours.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a product is listed at an incorrect price. Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched. We accept payment via Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other methods displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within Australia and to selected international destinations. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Sol Botanics is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, courier services, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

All content on solbotanics.com.au — including logos, images, product descriptions, and copy — is the property of Sol Botanics and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sol Botanics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Skincare Disclaimer

Our products are formulated for general use. If you have sensitive skin, allergies, or a skin condition, we recommend performing a patch test before use and consulting a dermatologist if unsure. Sol Botanics is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from failure to follow product instructions or patch test recommendations.
